Evidence block checklist for AI-assisted drafts

List every first-party block in a draft, mark it before the AI pass, and diff six details after. Number, date, name, tool, link, limit.

Fill the block log before anyone prompts a model. Save the original text of each block in a separate note or version.

After every AI pass, run the six-detail diff on every block. If a detail changed, restore the original.

Remove working markers before publish. Keep the visible label (“Observed on 30 September 2026”) in the copy.

  • Every image has descriptive alt text and a caption saying what it shows

Sign-off
