Syria Rama is a seasoned and Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) with solid expertise in L&D and people development. With 20+ years of professional experience, she is also a People Acuity Guide (CPAG), facilitator, and strengths coach, a Cornell University alumni, and an avid Toastmaster serving as Division Director in District 114, East Africa. Her work spans learning and development delivery and performance consulting in the corporate space, partnering with leadership to align learning to strategy, upskill workforces through relevant programs, and provide performance management solutions. She has led organization-wide learning projects across performance management, strengths development, leadership programs, change management, culture change, people management, diversity, inclusion and belonging, mentoring, talent management, and assessment centers. We designed her website to present that depth clearly, helping leaders and organizations understand her approach to strengths-based learning, experiential facilitation, and the people development programs that create lasting impact on engagement, growth, and business results.
