The Girls' Agenda Conference 2025 was convened by The Kilgoris Project, a powerful East African gathering focused on advancing the rights, voices, and leadership of girls across our communities. We designed the full conference identity from the ground up, shaping the theme, logo concept, and visual direction around girl-led empowerment. The mark pairs bold typography with a joyful girl silhouette and textile-inspired pattern work that reflects East African heritage without feeling generic. From concept notes and stage backdrops to booth branding, tote bags, and every touchpoint on the day, each piece was built to carry the same energy in the room and long after the conference ended.
